Fee Schedule

Hourly: $38.00 / 1 Hour
Live-In: $345.00 / 1 Day
Custom and Couple Care available upon request
$1.00/mile caregiver car use reimbursement
Time and a half over 40 hours per week per caregiver’s schedule
Time-and-a-half applies for major holidays

Live-In Services – Additional Information

Room and Board Included

Private bedroom and bathroom access provided
Full kitchen privileges and common area access
Comfortable living accommodations within the client’s home

                                🛏️ Important: Caregivers require 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep during night hours to provide safe, constructive, and positive assistance to clients during their care duties.
                            

Meal Arrangements:

$20 per day food reimbursement available
OR meals can be provided by the household
Choice based on client preference and convenience

Caregiver Time-and-a-Half Pay Holidays — U.S. Standard (12 Days)

Caregivers receive 1.5x pay on the following recognized holidays:

New Year’s Day — January 1
Martin Luther King Jr. Day — Third Monday in January
Easter Sunday — Varies by year (Spring)
Memorial Day — Last Monday in May
Independence Day — July 4
Labor Day — First Monday in September
Columbus Day — Second Monday in October
Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday in November
Day After Thanksgiving — Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve — December 24
Christmas Day — December 25
New Year’s Eve — December 31

This list reflects common holidays recognized by private-pay at-home care agencies. Easter Sunday is included due to its significance in family-based and spiritual care settings. Other holidays may be added upon request.
