Fee Schedule
- Hourly: $38.00 / 1 Hour
- Live-In: $345.00 / 1 Day
- Custom and Couple Care available upon request
- $1.00/mile caregiver car use reimbursement
- Time and a half over 40 hours per week per caregiver’s schedule
- Time-and-a-half applies for major holidays
Live-In Services – Additional Information
Room and Board Included
- Private bedroom and bathroom access provided
- Full kitchen privileges and common area access
- Comfortable living accommodations within the client’s home
Meal Arrangements:
- $20 per day food reimbursement available
- OR meals can be provided by the household
- Choice based on client preference and convenience
Caregiver Time-and-a-Half Pay Holidays — U.S. Standard (12 Days)
Caregivers receive 1.5x pay on the following recognized holidays:
- New Year’s Day — January 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day — Third Monday in January
- Easter Sunday — Varies by year (Spring)
- Memorial Day — Last Monday in May
- Independence Day — July 4
- Labor Day — First Monday in September
- Columbus Day — Second Monday in October
- Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday in November
- Day After Thanksgiving — Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve — December 24
- Christmas Day — December 25
- New Year’s Eve — December 31
This list reflects common holidays recognized by private-pay at-home care agencies. Easter Sunday is included due to its significance in family-based and spiritual care settings. Other holidays may be added upon request.
