These terms govern your use of bonjourhomecare.com and the services Bonjour Home Care provides. Care engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement signed between Bonjour and the family or responsible party.
Use of This Website
You may use bonjourhomecare.com to learn about our services, request a conversation with Olivia, and read our editorial content. You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission.
Care Engagements
A conversation with Olivia is not a service agreement. The agreement begins when both parties sign the written engagement document covering scope, weekly rate, named caregiver, and start date.
Care engagements are subject to first-week trial: if the caregiver is not the right fit for the family, we will replace without penalty during the first seven days.
Payment
We bill private pay, long-term-care insurance, and VA Aid & Attendance directly. We do not bill Medicaid or Medicare.
Invoices are weekly. Payment terms appear in the engagement document.

Caregiver Conduct
Bonjour caregivers are bonded, insured, and trained to the standards we publish. Any concern about caregiver conduct should be reported directly to Olivia at (908) 447-4896 for immediate response.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonjour Home Care’s liability arising from this website or any care engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30 days. This does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
