What We Collect
- Contact information you provide voluntarily — name, phone, email, address, the situation you are describing.
- Care details you share during the conversation with Olivia — diagnosis, daily routine, what is working, what is not. Treated with the discretion of any health-care relationship.
- Website analytics — anonymized usage patterns (pages visited, time on page) via Google Analytics. We do not sell or share this data.
How We Use It
The information you share is used to design the care plan for your family, prepare a written proposal, and coordinate with the caregiver assigned to your engagement. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not retarget you with ads.
HIPAA-Adjacent Care
While Bonjour Home Care is not a HIPAA-covered entity in the traditional clinical sense, we treat all health-related information you share with the discretion such information deserves. Caregiver records are kept on need-to-know basis. Office systems are accessed only by Olivia and the caregiver coordinator assigned to the engagement.
Long-Term-Care Insurance Verification
When you ask us to verify a long-term-care policy, you authorize us to contact the insurer on your behalf. We share only what is necessary to confirm benefits.
