Meet your matched caregiver in person before services begin — usually in your home, often over tea. Once you select, we hold the schedule with a one-week security deposit that credits toward your first week of services.

Begin care

Care begins on the agreed Monday — Monday through Sunday, hourly or live-in. Olivia checks in weekly. The first-week promise applies: if the match is not right, we thank you, release the caregiver, and refund the week.
